Investment Banking Analyst (Private Markets), RiverBridge Investment Advisors Private Limited (Feb 2013 – Feb 2014). Conducted financial analysis, valuation and due diligence for private market transactions. Supported deal structuring and investment memoranda from financial modelling through to execution.
Wealth Management & Portfolio Research, Wealth Advisors (India) Pvt Ltd (acquired by IIFL Wealth, now 360 ONE, in 2018) (Jan 2011 – Feb 2013). Researched funds and managers across asset classes to support portfolio construction and asset allocation. Evaluated portfolio performance and risk metrics, and translated market views into client investment guidance.
Senior Research Analyst, Irevna (subsequently integrated into CRISIL as CRISIL Intelligence) (Jun 2006 – Dec 2010). Conducted equity research tracking global equities, covering company valuation, financial statement analysis and sector coverage. Produced research reports and investment insights grounded in fundamental and comparative valuation. Included onsite assignments embedded with the research teams of Bank of America and Credit Suisse.

IBBI-Registered Valuer, Securities or Financial Assets, capadvisors.in (2021 – Present). Runs an independent registered-valuer practice, valuing listed and unlisted securities and financial assets for company law, insolvency, SEBI and FEMA matters.
India CFO (Consulting Engagement), Medicount (including Medicount Healthcare Pvt Ltd and MediCount Global Ltd), a digital health-financing venture backed by Allianz SE (Jan 2018 – Mar 2021). Led financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow and governance as consulting CFO for a fintech and telemedicine venture offering OPD wellness concepts and health-savings wallets in emerging markets including India. Worked closely with leadership on pricing, capital allocation and strategic decisions.
